James Keely, SIOR, an Industrial Specialist and SIOR member since 1997, passed away on May 30, 2024. He was the founding partner of the Colliers office in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Barney Upton, SIOR, an Industrial Specialist and SIOR member since 1977, passed away on June 1, 2024. He was senior vice president at Lee & Associates in Palm Desert, Calif.
