Dear SIOR members and family,

My term as the SIOR Foundation President is coming to a close. As I reflect on the past two years, I am very humbled to have played a small part in the growth and advancement of the organization. The Foundation has solidified our partnership with SIOR, and we are proud to be SIOR’s Global Educational Partner. The partnership brings to SIOR members a variety of programming, from the Next Level Series to webinars and conference panels.

Your SIOR Foundation continues our mission to support industry partners. We are proud sponsors and partners of the Real Estate Executive Council’s REEX Summer Program, the CREi Summit, and the Commercial Real Estate Diversity Collaborate (CREDC) as well as many other industry organizations. The Foundation also supports local SIOR Chapters with their scholarships and educational events. We are very pleased and excited by the fact that the chapters have received over $265,000 in support these past two years!

Of course, none of these programs could happen without YOUR support. Donating to the SIOR Foundation is a great way to give back to the organization and industry that has given so much to each of us. Help us to educate and support the next generation of real estate professionals. You can start by donating to our giveaway at SIOR’s Fall 2024 Event in Los Angeles. My role as President of the SIOR Foundation may be ending, but I look forward to many more years of working with the Foundation. I am pleased to be turning over the helm in October to the next Foundation President, Ted Konigsberg, SIOR. Ted has been an integral part of the Foundation leadership team and a champion of chapter initiatives within the Foundation. I know that I am leaving the SIOR Foundation in very capable hands. Please join me in congratulating Ted as he begins his well-deserved term as your SIOR Foundation President.
