2020 SIOR Snapshot Sentiment Surveys

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, SIOR developed a Snapshot Sentiment Survey to all current SIOR designees and Member Associates. This survey asks members to assess the impact of COVID-19 on their current transactions and to provide their level of confidence in their local market six months from now.

SIOR and BOMA have been developing standards of measurements for industrial and flex buildings and their associated structures since 2001. Updated to replace the 2012 standards, the 2019 Industrial Standard features a method of measurement for various spaces such as Building Service Area, Floor Service Area, and Inter-Building Area, and may be applied to single tenant, multi-tenant or multi-building configurations.
