Gary Parker is a co-founder and principal of Intelica CRE, Bamboo Equity Partners, and INCORE Property Solutions. He is responsible for overseeing all office, industrial leasing, sales, investment and brokerage activities. During his career, Parker has accrued over $1.3 billion in lease and sales transactions. Parker represents tenants, landlords and investors assisting local regional and national corporations. Prior to forming Intelica CRE™, Parker was a Director of Industrial leasing for Sansone Group (1999—2010), a partner at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (1986—1999) and a sales associate for Gundaker Commercial Group (1984—1986). Parker is a licensed broker in Missouri by

the Missouri Real Estate Commission.

Parker is best known for his tenacious “stick-to-it” determination when it comes to commercial real estate dealings. He conducts his business with results oriented determination and always strives to be the best. Parker and his wife of 32 years, Sue, have 3 daughters. He is a member of the St. Catherine Laboreau Catholic Church as well as Persimmon Woods Golf Club.
