Born and raised in Charleston and graduated from Washington and Lee University. Then completed Officer Candidate School and then served on active duty as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy for 4 years. Three 7 month+ deployements at sea. Remained active in the Navy Reserves for 22 years and retired in 2008. After the Navy he an MBA and worked in banking and then Commercial real estate. Specialize in warehouse, DC, industrial and port related work. Periodically performs consulting work in maritime and logistics issues. Married to Mary Morrison with 2 children.

Hagood Morrison specializes in industrial brokerage in Charleston and surrounding areas including Orangeburg and Savannah. Hagood represents a number of logistics companies and manufacturers and has brokered a number of industrial sales. Hagood Morrison leads a team selling and leasing private port terminals along the East Coast and Gulf Coast. He also represents bulk, break-bulk and liquid cargo users.

Hagood is a Senior Vice President and the Director of Industrial Brokerage of the Charleston office. In 2008 he became a Partner. Hagood served in the Navy for four years after college and then worked in banking before entering commercial real estate.
