Roy Splansky is a founding Principal of Venture One. Roy is involved with all aspects of the company’s investment portfolio including acquisition, disposition, asset management and he sources debt and equity for acquisitions and development.

Roy received his Bachelors Degree in finance from the University of Illinois-Champaign and his Masters Degree in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE).
