Mr. Kembel leads the office Agency leasing division for JLL's Kansas City office. For over 25 years he has been involved with Class A & B Landlord representation for some of the largest institutional investors in the county. Mr. Kembel also played the lead broker for local investment sales of numerous office properties on behalf of national and local owners as well as receiver for special servicers and banking institutions. In addition, Mr. Kembel has served as President of the Commercial Board of Realtor, President of Lake Quivira Country Club and Planning Commissioner for the City of Lake Quivira.
