After four years at CBRE as lead of the Occupier Services team, I am proud to announce that Wally & Company has reemerged to provide exclusive tenant representation and real estate portfolio transaction management for occupiers.

We have always represented tenants. Our expertise and experience has grown over the last 30 years. We have a passion for helping successful people grow and strengthen their business by guiding them through all the complicated issues inherent in leasing office space.

• Strategies to create and maintain agility and manage risk with commercial real estate portfolios

• Advice about trends that enhance recruiting and retaining the best employees

• Undoing the “landlord-centric” control of market data

• Focusing on all the economic terms in leases avoiding the “25 Gotchas” — our proprietary system that ensures a win-win negotiation

During my career, I have been recognized by industry organizations, including the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors (KCRAR) as Commercial Realtor of the Year, Home Run Award winner and Top Office Producer for multiple years.

Currently, I am a Board member and Treasurer of the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce. I has been involved in many other civic endeavors and am frequently invited to be a speaker on industry subjects.
