Analyzing, developing and executing aggressive real estate strategies to successfully increase profits for instituional owners, national developers and international corporations is Mark's passion.

Prior to his leadership role at Jones Lang LaSalle, Mark's corporate and instutional career began at Trammell Crow Company where he spent nearly 10 years. For the past six years Mark's been with Cushman and Wakefield, where he was recognized for his leadership by being awarded The Cushman and Wakefield Gameball Award given to the person who has done the most to promote Teamwork and a Winning Attitude. Mark was designated by Cushman and Wakefield as a Capital Markets consultant and helps lead that group as a member of it's National Industrial Investments Board.

Mark is a very active member of SIOR, ULI, NAIOP, and CCIM, frequently requested to speak at industry related events including CoreNet, Real Capital Markets, Urban Land Institute, and IREN/CCIM. Mark has also held many position with in these organizations including his role as the longest serving Chairman of the NAIOP Night at the Fights raising over $2.5 million dollars for the organization during his five year reign. The culmination of all of his efforts resulted in NAIOP awarding him the prestigious Member of the Year Award for 2011.

For Mark's success, he has received a number of industry related awards including SIOR's Largest Dollar Transation and Industrial Deal of the Year for 2011, NAIOP and AZRE seven-time Industrial Broker of the Year for Arizona, as well as the Top 20 Industrial Performer for Cushman and Wakefield Nationally every year with the firm.

2007: NAIOP Industrial Broker of the Year, AZRE Deal of the Year, #1 C&W Industrial Producer Arizona, top Five Overall Producer for C&W Arizona, C&W Deal of the Year and Service Excellence Award for Customer Satisfaction
2008: NAIOP Industrial Broker of the Year, AZRE Deal of the Year, #1 C&W Industrial Producer Arizona, top Five Overall Producer for C&W Arizona, completed the two largest leases and largest sale in Arizona
