Todd P. Mendon is a licensed realtor in both Kansas and Missouri and works primarily in the area of commercial real estate with an emphasis on industrial properties. Mr. Mendon has been involved in the investment and industrial real estate markets for more than 19 years. Mr. Mendon has been directly involved in over 40,000,000 sq. ft. and $250,000,000 in volume in real estate sales and leasing transactions since entering the industry.

Mr. Mendon is President and Founder of Mendon Consulting, LLC., a business he founded in 2001. Mendon Consulting, LLC. provides sales and marketing consulting services to the industrial real state market. In addition, Mr. Mendon previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of Big Industrial, LLC., an industrial real estate investment firm specializing in repositioning warehouse, manufacturing and distribution buildings. He currently serves in a similar capacity with Bulk Industrial Group, LLC. located in Prairie Village, KS.

Prior to founding Mendon Consulting, LLC., Mr. Mendon worked in Information Technology and in an import/export business in several different capacities ranging from sales and sales management to senior level manager and member of the executive management team. Mr. Mendon served as the Director of Satellite Sales and Operations for Winco International, the largest importer of fireworks in the country. Mr. Mendon was responsible for managing 17 locations across the country. While with Winco International Mr. Mendon was instrumental in establishing a National Sales Plan and the integration of all locations onto a standard platform for sales reporting. Mr. Mendon also founded Pinnacle Office Products, a retail office supply and publishing business based in Estes Park, Colorado in 1995. Pinnacle’s revenues grew by 50% every year until 2000 when the company was sold by Mr. Mendon.

Mr. Mendon has a BS degree in Business Administration from Pittsburg State University graduating in 1984. He has continued his education by attending MBA courses at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri as well as continuing education courses offered in the area of real estate and finance. Mr. Mendon has also completed coursework in pursuit of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the National Association of Realtors.

Mr. Mendon is active in alumni activities of Sigma Chi Fraternity of which he is a member.
