His responsibilities include advising clients in the leasing and sales of industrial real estate throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky market areas. Chuck specializes in single and multi-tenant commercial buildings, in performing tenant/buyer representation, landlord/owner representation, investment analysis, brokerage opinion of value analysis and industrial requirements. The CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR designation (Society of Industrial and Office Brokers) signify the highest levels of professional knowledge and commitment in the commercial real estate field.
