Rob is a Founding Partner, the Broker of Record, and the Past President of ENCOR Advisors.

He is a top-performing office and industrial tenant representation broker with 30 years' experience and is a certified member in good standing with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Commercial Real Estate Investment Institute (CCIM).

Rob's unique perspective from having lived and worked in the UK early in his career has allowed him to serve his clients on a portfolio basis in Canada and around the world. His focus includes team leadership, property strategy, M&A due diligence, portfolio management, site selection, greenfield development, consolidations, relocations (lease/purchase), dispositions, lease renewals, and more. He has been involved with over 30 million square feet to date in his career.

He consistently sends business to SIORs throughout Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia and he has completed significant transactions in each region. He is also proven himself to be a results-driven and tenacious advocate for clients of like-minded SIORs who have requirements in his home territory of the Greater Toronto Area.

Rob is the recipient of the SIOR Broker of the Year Award from the SIOR Canada Central Chapter - a prestigious honor recognizing the superior performance, achievements and impact of an office and industrial real estate broker.

He has been quoted in a number of trade publications such as Bisnow, The Commercial Observer, Site Selection Magazine, SIOR Professional Report, CoStar News, Property Week, CCIM Magazine and the Toronto Business Times. He has also been featured on CTV's Business News Network (BNN) and on both television and radio on a weekly real estate spot on CP24 News. He has also been a guest speaker with Queen's University Seminars on Investment & Corporate Real Estate and Property Management Expo.

Rob is currently serving a two-year term as Director on the SIOR Global Board and has been a board member of a number of organizations including SIOR (Member of Professional Standards and Nominating Committees, Past Regional Director, and for the Canada Central Chapter as President, Vice President and Treasurer), CoreNet Global, Queen’s University Alumni Association, Queen’s University Council, Queen’s School of Business Advisory Board, Young People's Theatre and Boys and Girls Club of Toronto.
