Working in corporate real estate since 2002, Jacob has concluded hundreds of real estate transactions in major, secondary and tertiary markets across North America and abroad.

Jacob specializes in developing, implementing and executing tailored real estate optimization strategies which have resulted in millions of dollars in tangible savings for Landmark's clients.

Jacob holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the John Molson School of Business at Montréal’s Concordia University and is an accredited SIOR member.

Managing Partner – Landmark Advisory Services

Experience: 15 years

As one of the two founding partners of Landmark Advisory Services, Jacob brings substantial real estate experience to his clients. He started his career in property management and industrial leasing, and now specializes in delivering corporate real estate solutions to multinational organizations. Although entrenched in the North American market, Jacob has been involved in projects in Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Jacob is focused on establishing relationships through business development, having already expanded Landmark’s client base to include major national and international corporations. He has also designed and implemented lease management processes and procedures that have resulted in great efficiencies and cost savings for his clients.
