Brad Struck is a Managing Principal at Cresa and directly involved with the firm’s vision, growth and strategy for the Texas region. With over a decade of experience in representing office and industrial occupiers across North America in executing complex site selection, Brad develops data-driven strategies centered around clients’ business, financial and operational goals. His expertise includes transaction advisory, site selection, industrial sales, build-to-suits, sale leasebacks and portfolio management. In addition to serving clients, Brad leads and brings together Cresa’s Dallas team of advisors.
With a decade of experience representing office and warehouse companies across North America in executing complex site selections, I develop data driven strategies to guide clients on the best decisions and optimal locations for operations.

From our office headquarters at The Star in Frisco, Texas, Cresa is leveraging intelligence and pioneering new practices to improve operational effectiveness and ROI. Through analysis of demographics, lifestyle segmentation and labor wage data, Cresa’s proprietary interactive dashboard shares information such as client’s customer behaviors, optimal areas for recruitment and retainment of employees, to provide answers for site decisions.

Recent strategies implemented include:

• Analyzed real estate, transportation, labor, taxes and incentives across three states to secure optimal 400,140 SF Build-to-Suit Warehouse for Brooks Running in Indianapolis, IN, resulting 33% reduction in building cost per unit and less than a two-year return on investment.

• Implemented a national operational cost reduction program for Incora to consolidate offices and warehouses. Transactions included subleases, lease renewals and new site selections (recently 345,600 SF in PA and 259,840 in GA).

• Part of supply chain transformation project for Neiman Marcus which resulted in consolidation into 470,250 SF and the disposition of two warehouses (491,308 SF & 447,360 SF)

• Executed new Corporate Hub for Neiman Marcus 84,859 SF Office. This reflected a post covid office environment and strategy.

In addition to serving clients, as Executive Managing Director of the brokerage group, I bring together a dedicated and high-performing team at Cresa. I strive to create a true teaming culture by providing an inspirational and productive environment. These efforts provide enhanced value for Cresa’s clients, as they receive a diverse set of experiences and talents on projects. I am passionate about mentoring and growing the team, so we can achieve professional and personal goals. As we actively execute new projects, he uses them as opportunities to teach and build-up our team.
