As Vice President of Colliers International | South Carolina's Spartanburg office, Garrett Scott specializes in leasing, sales, and development advisory services for industrial properties across the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson market. With more than 30 years' experience in brokerage and development, he offers expert advice and a unique perspective that give his clients the edge in a competitive market.

Scott has overseen the planning, acquisition, and implementation of more than 24 industrial parks across the Southeast. In addition, he has been responsible for the development of more than 25 million square feet of industrial space including Class A manufacturing, warehouse, fulfillment, and e-commerce-related facilities.

Scott shares his knowledge and expertise as an active member of both Colliers Automotive Desk and Logistics and Transportation Group.

In 2018, he obtained the professional designation, SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®).
