Bruce Wettenstein entered the commercial real estate business in 1977 when he joined DiScala Associates. The firm had 2 SIR's as members. In 1987 Grubb & Ellis purchased the firm, and in 1989 Bruce became Director of Marketing for the Stratford Development Company, a real estate development firm which had a portfolio of 450,000 square feet, with about 50% vacancy. Wettenstein completed the task of leasing the vacancy, and in 1993 joined Randy Vidal, SIOR, at Vidal, Inc. In 1996 he became a partner with the firm and hence, the name change to Vidal/Wettenstein. In his career, he has been responsible for the sales and leasing of commercial properties in excess of $550 million. In 1988 Bruce became an active industrial member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. He attended Graham Jr. College in Boston majoring in Business, and resides in Easton.
