Deron specializes in the sale and leasing of office/warehouse, light assembly, manufacturing facilities, flex space, IOS sites, industrial land, tenant representation and industrial investment properties.

Deron has been named the #1 industrial broker 11 of the past 16 years, and the #2 industrial broker 5 of the past 13 years by the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors, regional division, which includes the entire Tampa Bay MSA.

• In 2007 Deron transacted three of the largest industrial leases in the entire Bay area totaling 124,000, 70,322, and 37,700

square feet.

Deron has been involved in various transactions in the Pinellas County market representing such firms as BIC, Time Warner, Hunter Douglas, Honeywell, John Deere Landscapes, Leaders Casual Furniture, Waste Management, Canteen, ProLogis, PODS, Ferguson Enterprises, Hit Promotional Products, Square D, and Hydro-Dyne.

Deron was employed at Cushman & Wakefield of Florida from 1994 - 1999 and he originally began his career with Cushman & Wakefield in their St. Louis, Missouri office in 1991. Prior to joining C&W, Deron was Vice President of Cozad Commercial Real Estate in St. Louis, Missouri. He also played four seasons of professional baseball with the St. Louis Cardinals organization, reaching the Class AA level.
