As Vice President/Principal at Elford Realty, Kristy leads the office leasing and sales efforts. She brings a diverse background having spent the first part of her career in brokerage representing office tenants and landlords. Then as the System Director of Real Estate Transactions and Development for a large 12 hospital health care system in Ohio. She led real estate efforts of site selections, strategic planning initiatives, lease negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions. With over 20 years in the industry, her comprehensive understanding of the office environment, from both a real estate and operational perspective, makes her uniquely experienced to ensure her clients are making the best decisions to meet their goals.
