He views his role as an advisor to help clients understand the market and effectively achieve their goals with their real estate. Andy created Elford Realty in December 2014 as a subsidiary company to Elford Inc (est 1910), Elford Development (est 2000), and Elford Asset Management (est 2010) to create a full service real estate company. His goal was to create a boutique commercial leasing & sales firm that had local real estate knowledge, deep-rooted relationships and high character individuals in which agents in the firm controlled their specialty areas and have no conflicts of interests with other agents.

They have been successful in their execution in some of most influential projects in the market that include: LeVeque Tower, 900 North High Street, 350 W. Wilson Bridge Road, 3650 Olentangy River Road, and the redevelopment of the White Castle Corporate Campus - The Reach on Goodale.

Additionally, they represent numerous local tenants and Landlords and have exclusive agency assignments for: The Superior Group (TSG); EverCommerce; Civista Bank; WW Williams Company; Orthopedic One; Mid-Ohio Eye; WD Partners; Trivium Development; National Church Residences; Southern Station redevelopment (Formerly W.W. Williams); White Castle on 5th Redevelopment: Goodwill on 5th redevelopment; 3rd & State (a mixed-use $200+M development in the heart of the Columbus CBD); and Millennial Tower (a 28-story mixed-use tower) in downtown Columbus.
