Studied International Business at Appalachian State and transferred to University of South Carolina with BS in Business Management and Real Estate. Worked full time as a research analyst both junior and senior year at USC continuing to learn the business. Joined the Army National Guard post-graduation as an Engineer and completed Basic Training at Fort Jackson, Federal OCS at Fort Benning Georgia and Engineer School at Fort Leonard Wood. Moved to Greenville in 2013 and primarily focus on office leasing, sales, tenant representation as well as new development across all asset classes.

Completed CCIM, SIOR and MCR in 2021. Enjoy working on portfolio strategy both with users and investors. Experience in corporate consolidations through M&A transactions.
