This prestigious award honors those demonstrating personal integrity, leadership, and a profound commitment to SIOR’s values.

The award recognizes an individual's career of exemplary service to SIOR through exceptional volunteer leadership, involvement in SIOR programs, along with contributions to the industry.

The "Millie Award" is awarded to female SIORs with only the most distinguished careers reflecting outstanding SIOR service, leadership, character, and sales production.  

The purpose of the award is to honor an SIOR member who displays outstanding stewardship in their community or community at large through work with not for profit, charitable or similar organizations.
